CTF Holdings Limited, founded in 1996, is the ultimate holding company of the Alfa Group Consortium and acts as the group's corporate centre, overseeing financial reporting, audit, governance, investment and strategic planning across the group's subholdings.[^alfagroup-corporate] It is based in Gibraltar.[^wikipedia] Alfa Group's page here states its ownership by CTF.
