About CTF Holdings
CTF Holdings Limited, founded in 1996, is the ultimate holding company of the Alfa Group Consortium and acts as the group's corporate centre, overseeing financial reporting, audit, governance, investment and strategic planning across the group's subholdings.[1] It is based in Gibraltar.[2] Alfa Group's page here states its ownership by CTF.
Its three beneficial shareholders, Mikhail Fridman, German Khan and Alexey Kuzmichov, created CTF to consolidate their business interests under one holding structure, and the group's website names them as the owners who hold their controlling stakes in the group's subholdings through it; minority partners hold stakes in the subholdings, not in CTF, under shareholder agreements with it.[3][4] The banking subholding ABH Holdings S.A. was spun out of CTF and is held by the three shareholders directly.[4]
