Coca-Cola HBC AG is the Swiss-registered parent company of the Coca-Cola HBC group, which bottles and sells The Coca-Cola Company's beverages exclusively in 28 markets across Europe, Eurasia and Africa.[^cchbc-about] It is registered at Turmstrasse 26, 6312 Steinhausen, in the canton of Zug, under Swiss company identification number CHE-235.296.902 and LEI 549300EFP3TNG7JGVE49, and has existed under that identity since 19 September 2012.[^gleif-ag] No company owns it: it is publicly listed, with its primary listing on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker CCH and a secondary listing on the Athens Stock Exchange under EEE, both on ISIN CH0198251305, and it has been a constituent of the FTSE 100 and FTSE All-Share indices since 20 September 2013.[^cchbc-listings] Its largest shareholders are Kar-Tess Holding with 23% and The Coca-Cola Company with 21% of the outstanding ordinary shares, neither of them a controlling owner, and more than two-thirds of the free float is held by UK and US institutional investors.[^cchbc-shareholders]
