Coca-Cola HBC AG is the Swiss-registered parent company of the Coca-Cola HBC group, which bottles and sells The Coca-Cola Company's beverages exclusively in 28 markets across Europe, Eurasia and Africa.^[1] It is registered at Turmstrasse 26, 6312 Steinhausen, in the canton of Zug, under Swiss company identification number CHE-235.296.902 and LEI 549300EFP3TNG7JGVE49, and has existed under that identity since 19 September 2012.^[2] No company owns it: it is publicly listed, with its primary listing on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker CCH and a secondary listing on the Athens Stock Exchange under EEE, both on ISIN CH0198251305, and it has been a constituent of the FTSE 100 and FTSE All-Share indices since 20 September 2013.^[3] Its largest shareholders are Kar-Tess Holding with 23% and The Coca-Cola Company with 21% of the outstanding ordinary shares, neither of them a controlling owner, and more than two-thirds of the free float is held by UK and US institutional investors.^[4]

GLEIF's relationship record carries no parent for the company either: both the direct and the ultimate accounting-consolidation parent are filed as a reporting exception with the reason NON_CONSOLIDATING, meaning no entity consolidates it, as the record published on 23 September 2026 still states.^[5] Its own group companies point the other way: the Dutch finance vehicle Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. names Coca-Cola HBC AG as the ultimate parent and controlling entity, and gives the Steinhausen address as the office from which the group's consolidated accounts may be obtained.^[6] The business is older than the Swiss company: Hellenic Bottling Company S.A. was incorporated in Greece in 1969, acquired Coca-Cola Beverages Ltd in August 2000 to form Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company S.A., and in April 2013 changed its name to Coca-Cola HBC AG and its domicile from Greece to Switzerland, the Swiss holding company being admitted to the London Stock Exchange's main market on 29 April 2013.^[7] GLEIF also records Coca-Cola HBC SA and Coca-Cola HBC Ltd as alternative-language legal names.^[2] On 21 October 2025 the company announced a definitive agreement to acquire a 75% shareholding in Coca-Cola Beverages Africa Pty Ltd from The Coca-Cola Company and Gutsche Family Investments for a combined US$2.6 billion, with completion targeted by the end of 2026 and a secondary listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange intended alongside it.^[8]
