Coca-Cola HBC Holdings B.V. is a Dutch holding company of the Coca-Cola HBC bottling group, registered under KvK number 58229906 with LEI 549300WUOZGYG727UN92, seated at Radarweg 60, 1043 NT Amsterdam, and created on 26 June 2013.[1] Coca-Cola HBC AG's SEC filing describes it as a subsidiary of Coca-Cola HBC AG that agreed on 22 July 2013 to guarantee the notes issued by Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V.[2] Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V.'s 2025 annual report names it the head of the group's Dutch fiscal unity for corporate income tax, which also takes in CC Beverages Holdings II B.V., Finance B.V., Coca-Cola HBC Sourcing B.V. and CCHBC Ventures B.V., and says it settles the tax for those members under a tax sharing agreement.[3]
