The owner above Cobega is now on the page: ON Economia (El Nacional, 10 Sep 2026) reports that Begindau, S.L. holds 34.95 % of Cobega and that Cobega holds 57.47 % of Olive Partners, so Cobega gets an owned_by row to the new company/begindau stub, with a note saying it is the largest single holding and that the capital as a whole is split between the four Daurella family branches; Hispanidad (15 Jul 2024) gives that split as Daurella Comadran 34 %, Daurella Aguilera 32 %, Libano Daurella 16 % and Figueras-Dotti Daurella 16 %, which is now in About. I did not set ownership_status: no_corporate_parent, because a company (Begindau) does hold a stake even though none of the sources shows a controlling one. The flag's open question about COBEGA INVEST S.L. is answered the other way round: the Registro Mercantil de Barcelona report for that company names COBEGA SA as its owner and sole shareholder, so it is a subsidiary, not a parent; one sourced sentence in About says so and no page was created for it. References added: onecon (ON Economia), hispanidad, cronica (Cronica Global, 14 Oct 2023, for the 1951 origin, the businesses and the figures) and empresia-invest; the three existing rows were re-fetched today and stand. Identity gains wikidata: Q99520031, the item whose OpenCorporates id es/08080632 matches this legal entity; aliases gain 'Grupo Cobega' and 'Comercial de Bebidas Gaseosas', the name it was constituted under. The About is rebuilt as a 119-word lede plus a history paragraph. Created company/begindau: GLEIF (LEI 959800UAXQS8JH81C207) and the Barcelona register report give its seat, tax number B08955312, single-shareholder form, capital and sole director. The walk up stops there: Begindau is a sociedad unipersonal, so one shareholder holds all of it, and no source I reached names that shareholder - it is filed on the cleanup queue with what is known (Sol Daurella is named as the person behind it; a Luxembourg vehicle, Indau S.A.R.L., LEI 9598004FWF5UGVE7TR30, sat on Cobega's board for the same branch until July 2025, and GLEIF publishes no parent for either). | |
