Cloetta Slovakia s.r.o. is a Slovak company with its seat at Ul. Zeppelina 5 in Levice, entered in the commercial register at the Okresný súd Nitra on 9 November 2005 under identification number 35962488 and file Sro/21135/N. The register carries it as Leaf Slovakia s.r.o. from 15 November 2005 to 31 December 2013 and under its present name from 1 January 2014, which follows Cloetta AB's purchase of the Leaf group, completed on 16 February 2012.[^rpo-cloetta-slovakia][^cloetta-merger] Its seat was at Géňa 5555/60 in Levice until December 2012 and in Bratislava before November 2007.[^rpo-cloetta-slovakia]

It is recorded here as a former proprietor of the Chewits brand. The EU trade mark register transferred the word mark CHEWITS, EU trade mark 002860534, to it under its Leaf name by an entry of 9 July 2008,[^euipo-transfer-2008] and a further total transfer entered on 22 October 2021 passed the mark to Cloetta Holland B.V. of Oosterhout, the Dutch company Cloetta acquired with Leaf.[^euipo-transfer-2021] Chewits production moved from the British factory at Southport to Slovakia in 2006.[^wiki-chewits]
