I verified the fix rather than redoing it, re-fetched every reference (all eleven answer 200 and keep their 2026-09-21 accessed date) and re-read each fact against its source: FTI’s pre-filing report of 23 June 2012 charts Cinram Holdings GmbH among the European entities below Cooperatie Cinram Netherlands UA with Cinram Fund as ultimate parent; the seventh report confirms the Approval and Vesting Order of 12 July 2012, the binding purchase offer of 22 June 2012, the transfer of funds on 4 February 2013 and the Monitor’s certificate of 5 February 2013; the PR Newswire release of 27 January 2017 and MusikWoche of 7 February 2017 confirm the sale to 1847 Partners and the GEM Group; the Aachen register (North Data, online-handelsregister.de) confirms HRB 12278 and Dusseldorf HRB 48685, the 10 October 2003 registration at EUR 25,000, the raise to EUR 26,000 on 18 November 2003, the Alsdorf seat entered 20 January 2004, the Cinram Wireless GmbH merger of 28 August 2009, and the order of AG Aachen 93 IN 16/18 of 24 April 2018 that opened insolvency and dissolved the company, terminated 13 October 2022, the company now geloescht. Three changes. (1) The lede said the company “stands in the commercial register”, present tense, while the same page states it was struck off; it now reads “was entered in”. (2) Identity summary said the company held the works “from 2003, under Najafi Companies and from 2017 under 1847 Partners”, which reads as if Najafi held it from 2003; it now says it passed to Najafi Companies in 2013 and 1847 Partners in 2017 (193 characters). (3) New corroboration for the contested 2017 change of control, found in the register and not previously on the page: the Aachen register entered Jim Brooks, the managing director of Cinram Europe quoted in the 1847 release, as this company’s managing director on 5 April 2017, and Edward John Tobin of New York, the managing director of 1847 who gave the firm’s statement on the purchase, replaced him on 27 March 2018. That now closes the parent_org note for 1847 and a new sentence in About, both cited to ^ohr-hrb12278 and ^1847-europe. The row stays derived: no source states the shareholding of this GmbH after 2017, and the direct owner remains the Dutch co-operative. No References rows were added or removed and no other section changed. Wikidata has no item for this legal entity (wbsearchentities for “Cinram Holdings” returns nothing), so the field stays empty; the page has no Meta section and none was added. I filed one cleanup flag, on company/1847-partners: the walk up the chain stops there with no Relations section and no ownership_status, although its own cited 10-K says 1847 Partners LLC is controlled by Ellery W. Roberts, which would support no_corporate_parent as company/najafi-companies already records.

Najafi Companies sold the European Cinram Group to 1847 Partners LLC, in partnership with the GEM Group, with completion announced in a PR Newswire release of 27 January 2017 — the release the site already cited under the date of its 30 January re-issue, whose text is identical — so the row now carries until 2017-01-27 and ended, and a new parent_org row to company/1847-partners runs from that date; the buyer stub is created with a summary, its own 10-K reference and About tying it to this page. MusikWoche of 7 February 2017 corroborates, reporting the German, English and French Cinram sites under the new owners. The owned_by row is derived, not sourced: the Monitor’s simplified chart of 23 June 2012 lists Cinram Holdings GmbH in one box of European entities under the co-operative without showing the levels between them (the box also holds Cinram GmbH, which this company itself held), and the Aachen register’s Liste der Gesellschafter for HRB 12278, filed 1 October 2007, is a paid scan, so the registered shareholder is not readable; GLEIF has no LEI for the company and EDGAR full-text search returns nothing for its name. That closes owner_unknown as far as the evidence reaches.
