I created the missing step as a full stub, **company/compagnie-de-l-odet** (SIREN 056801046, LEI 9695005PEG4IL375U849, register legal category 5800, founded 1 January 1956, Wikidata Q3072532, renamed from Financière de l'Odet at its 2021 general meeting), and kept walking up: its registered shareholder is Sofibol with 3,694,870 of 6,567,585 shares (56.26 per cent) per Odet's 2025 annual report, so **company/sofibol** is created too (SIREN 342125366, LEI 969500PI209NP0689A03), with `owned_by company/bollore-participations` on GLEIF's direct- and ultimate-parent records. The walk now runs product → Louis Hachette Group → Bolloré SE → Compagnie de l'Odet → Sofibol → Bolloré Participations SE, which files a NATURAL_PERSONS reporting exception and is the top. **absence_prose:** removed the sentence about bollore.com answering our fetch service with a Cloudflare block page, and also the "Compagnie de l'Odet has no page here, because no barcode on this site reaches it…" clause, which was the same kind of narration and is now untrue; no sourced fact was lost. New References rows on the Bolloré file: `odet-site` (Compagnie de l'Odet: Présentation) and `odet-ra` (Compagnie de l'Odet: rapport annuel 2025); the Odet stub declares `rne-odet`, `gleif-odet`, `gleif-odet-dp`, `gleif-odet-up`, `figaro-odet` and the Sofibol stub `rne-sofibol`, `gleif-sofibol`, `gleif-sofibol-dp`, `gleif-sofibol-up`. I re-fetched rne-bollore, gleif-bollore, gleif-bollore-up and gleif-bollore-dp today and they still say what the file says (SIREN 055804124, created 1955-01-01, NAF 22.21Z, seat Odet, LEI active), so their `accessed` dates move to 2026-09-21; lhg-ar stays at 2026-09-20 because the PDF is too large for the fetch service to return in full and I did not re-read it. The summary now answers "who owns Bolloré" in the first screen, and About gained the group's current holdings (30.4 per cent of Canal+, Havas NV and Louis Hachette Group, 29.3 per cent of Vivendi SE, 18.4 per cent of Universal Music Group) from the Odet annual report. Two gaps I could not close: Odet's report calls Sofibol *indirectly* controlled by Bolloré Participations SE and names Omnium Bolloré, Financière V and Compagnie des deux Cœurs among group shareholders, so one or more holdings probably sit between Sofibol and Bolloré Participations — GLEIF names no such step and I found no register source for it, so Sofibol's `owned_by` follows GLEIF and the disagreement is stated in the note and in About; and bollore.com remains unreadable behind Cloudflare, so all identity fields still rest on the register, GLEIF and Odet's publications. | |
