BMG Rights Management GmbH, trading as BMG, is the music company of Bertelsmann, registered in Berlin under HRB 116072 B.[^gleif-bmg] It works in music publishing, recordings and sync licensing, and Bertelsmann names it as part of the group, with a minority stake held by affiliates of Great Mountain Partners.[^bertelsmann-bmg] On 1 September 2026 BMG and Concord completed their combination; the combined company operates under the BMG name, with its global headquarters in Nashville and its European headquarters in Berlin.[^bmg-2026]
