Re-fetched every cited source today and moved their accessed dates to 2026-09-21: the Companies House overview (active, SIC 70100, previous name Burginhall 890 Limited to 17 Nov 1997), its PSC register (Christoph Mohn active since 21 June 2021, Elisabeth Mohn ceased that day) and the Penguin Random House PSC register (this company at 75 % or more since 6 April 2016) all still read as the page says, so the facts stood. Changed the `gleif-buk` row from the fulltext-search URL to the LEI record itself (api.gleif.org/api/v1/lei-records/529900QW5KKZKHOITM86), which is the stable citation, and added one References row, `wiki-bertelsmann`, for the one-line description of the parent group in the lede. About keeps its two paragraphs (lede 107 words) with the Pearson PRH Holdings end date added. Not found and therefore left blank: no website — bertelsmann.co.uk answers 404 and bertelsmann.com has no UK country page; no Wikidata item — wbsearchentities returns nothing for "Bertelsmann UK"; no GLN and no identification marks, which a head-office company would not have. The owner page company/bertelsmann carries no Relations section, so the walk up the group stops there: filed a cleanup flag on it with the Wikipedia shareholder structure (foundations 80.9 %, Mohn family 19.1 %, voting rights bundled in Bertelsmann Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH) to be sourced into owned_by rows and stubs. | Diff |
