Identity gained registered_address 40 Portman Square, wikidata Q195515 and register_ids GB-CH:OC404426 and LEI:213800XTEJYXR38TR475, and founded moved from 1986 to the LLP's incorporation date 2016-02-19, with the Baring Capital Investors lineage told in About (that alias's until moved 1994 to 1995, the year Wikipedia dates the spin-out; a legal alias BC Partners Advisors LLP, 2016-02-19 to 2016-08-12, was added from the register's previous-names list). One correction to the flag: GLEIF's direct-parent record for BC Partners Group Holdings Limited (5493000ESKNJHFAWFO21, Guernsey 66552) gives BC Partners Holdings Limited as its parent, so Group Holdings sits below Holdings in the Springer voting-rights list rather than above it; the chain does not continue there and I created no page for it, saying so in About with that record cited. Freshness: the old About's 'more than $40 billion across private equity, private credit and real estate' and '190 staff' came from Wikipedia, which is behind the firm's own site (c.EUR 35 bn across two strategies), so About now uses bcpartners.com. References rows added: chbcp, chpsc, gleifllp, gleifup, gleifbcph, gleifgrp, sncg25, snar25 (wikibc, bcpartners and wikispringer kept and re-checked). The walk stops at BC Partners Holdings Limited: its GLEIF entry reports no parent LEI with reason NON_CONSOLIDATING, which says a parent may exist but does not prepare consolidated accounts, so I did not set ownership_status: no_corporate_parent on it; company/bc-partners-holdings goes on the cleanup queue for that last step, together with company/springer-science-business-media-galileo-participation, whose parent_org points at the advisory LLP rather than at the group's top company. | |
