The registered shareholder is Arla Foods International A/S: Arla's Consolidated Annual Report 2025, note 5.8 Group chart (p. 153), puts Arla Foods UK Holding Limited (100 %) directly under Arla Foods International A/S, which sits under Arla Foods Holding A/S and then Arla Foods amba. The Danish register (via Virmo) confirms the two Danish steps. Companies House accounts, CS01s and the subsidiaries' accounts are all scans with no text layer. The fetch service truncated the annual-report PDF before p. 153, so I read that page from a direct download of the same arla.com PDF. Added owned_by company/arla-foods-international (sourced, because the direct step comes from the chart's layout and the UK PSC register shows a ceased entry plus a no-RLE statement). Upgraded parent_org company/arla-foods from derived to verified on ^arla-ar-2025. Updated the summary and rewrote About into a lede plus a history paragraph. Added References rows arla-ar-2025 and virmo-afi. Created stubs company/arla-foods-international (CVR 55772215; owned_by arla-foods-holding) and company/arla-foods-holding (CVR 27466052; owned_by arla-foods), which completes the walk to the co-operative, whose page already records no corporate parent..
