Arla Foods UK Holding Limited is the head-office company of Arla's British dairy business, a private limited company registered in England under number 04659433 at Arla House, Leeds Valley Park, Leeds, and filing under SIC 70100, activities of head offices.[1] It is the person with significant control of Arla Foods UK Plc, with 75 % or more of the shares and voting rights since 6 April 2016.[2] Arla's 2025 group chart shows it wholly owned within the group, directly beneath the Danish holding company Arla Foods International A/S, which sits under Arla Foods Holding A/S and, at the top, the farmer-owned co-operative Arla Foods amba.[3] Arla Foods International A/S is a Viby J holding company registered in Denmark under CVR 55772215.[4]

The company was incorporated on 7 February 2003 as Alnery No.2335 Limited and took its present name on 25 March 2003.[1] Beneath it the group chart lists Arla Foods UK plc and Arla Foods UK Farmers Joint Venture Co.
