North Data's publications from the Bundesanzeiger accounts name it as shareholder in 2025 and back to 2007, under its former name InBev Germany Holding GmbH. Re-sourced parent_org to AB InBev's 2025 Form 20-F, which lists both Bremen companies as subsidiaries (verified, since it is the group's own filing), and dropped the 'from 2002' date because it predates the partnership, which was created on 2003-05-05. Created stub company/anheuser-busch-inbev-germany-holding (HRB 21274, LEI 549300CCUH6DMTPLLH76, parent_org AB InBev per the 20-F). Where the walk stopped: that holding's direct shareholder is not public. GLEIF reports a NON_PUBLIC exception, and North Data/Creditreform show two shareholders behind a paywall. The shareholder list (Gesellschafterliste, HRB 21274 at handelsregister.de) would settle it.
