Altria Group, Inc. is the American tobacco holding company whose family of companies is Philip Morris USA, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company, John Middleton, Helix Innovations and NJOY.[^altria-companies] It is incorporated in Virginia, has its headquarters at 6601 West Broad Street in Richmond and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker MO.[^sec-altria] No company stands above it: its LEI record reports neither a direct nor an ultimate accounting consolidation parent, both exceptions giving the reason NO_KNOWN_PERSON,[^gleif-parent][^gleif-ultimate] and it files its own annual report on Form 10-K, most recently for 2025 on 25 February 2026.[^sec-altria]
