Created stub company/ctf-holdings (Gibraltar, founded 1996) with ownership_status no_corporate_parent: the group site states its three beneficial shareholders Fridman, Khan and Kuzmichov created and own it; the walk ends there. Caveat: the ownership evidence dates from 2011–2012; the 2023 Ukrainian decree names "CTF Holdings S.A.", which may mean a change of legal form or domicile, and no register entry for CTF was found.
