Agnaten and Lucresca are two separate parents of Joh. A. Benckiser B.V.: the 2018 Keurig Dr Pepper 13D (new ref kdp-13d-2018) calls Agnaten a controlling stockholder of JAB Holding Company and Lucresca the parent of the minority holder Donata Holdings B.V.; no filing places either SE under the other. Added a history paragraph (Austrian/Vienna in 2018, board with Reimann family members, Luxembourg entity per GLEIF from 2020-09-30) and a Wikipedia ref (wp-jab), recording its PrivCo-sourced claim that Agnaten is a subsidiary of Joh. A. Benckiser GmbH as a disagreement with the SEC filings. Rewrote summary. founded left blank: GLEIF's 2020 creation date looks like the Luxembourg seat transfer, not the 2013 formation.
