The flag's conclusion does not hold: footnotes 2 and 4 of that filing say Access Industries, LLC (CIK 1508227) controls a majority of the outstanding voting interests in Access Industries Holdings LLC and that Access Industries Management, LLC (CIK 1508226) controls both, so this company does have a corporate parent and `ownership_status: no_corporate_parent` would be wrong here. I added a Relations section instead — `owned_by company/access-industries-llc` and `parent_org company/access-industries-management`, both `verified` on ^sec-form4-2026 — and walked the chain to its top: the two new stubs are Access Industries, LLC (its direct controller, with its own `owned_by` to Access Industries Management) and Access Industries Management, which is where the walk ends, since the filing puts only Len Blavatnik, a person, above it; that stub carries `ownership_status: no_corporate_parent` with `ownership_source: ^sec-form4-2026` and the evidence in its About. The `Access Industries, LLC` legal alias is gone from Aliases: it is a separate registrant, now its own page, and About says so with the two CIKs; all three pages carry a `disambiguation` line because the names are near-identical. Dropped the closing research-narration sentence about the 1986 date and the Delaware register; `founded: 1986` stays, sourced to the company site. Rewrote About as a lede plus a history paragraph, correcting "has no parent company above it", and refreshed the summary line to answer who owns the group.
