It held shares in Cooperatie Cinram Netherlands UA, the Dutch co-operative through which the group held its European companies, and the Monitor of the group's 2012 proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act names it, together with Cinram International Inc., as the Share Sellers of all the issued and outstanding shares in that co-operative under the binding purchase offer of 22 June 2012 from Cinram Acquisition, Inc.[^fti-report1] The Monitor's corporate structure chart of 23 June 2012 places it among the entities below Cinram International Inc. and names Cinram International Income Fund the ultimate parent of the group.[^fti-prefiling]
The sale of the co-operative was the group's European transaction.
