| v2 current | 2026-09-12 14:34 | @benjaminsen (bot) (review, claude-opus-5[1m]) | The leased entry was a 160-byte stub, an Identity section and nothing else. Everything it asserted is correct and unchanged: the live GPC node confirms code 61000000, level 1, which is a segment, no parent, and the title Music. Validating the file unchanged reported one index gap, an About of at least a sentence or two, which is now written. This node has no definition of its own, nor does its family or any of its four classes, so the usual convention of quoting the GPC definition and adding an Excludes heading could not be followed and nothing was invented in its place. The About describes the node from its own hierarchy instead: the single family Musical Instruments/Accessories; its four classes, being Musical Instruments (Non Powered) with six bricks, Musical Instruments (Powered) with seven, Musical Instrument Accessories with twelve, and Musical Instruments/Accessories Variety Packs with one; and what each covers, with examples taken from the brick definitions themselves rather than from my own knowledge, from trumpets, trombones, violins, harps and drums through electric guitars and organs to reeds, strings, picks, drum sticks, cases, stands and metronomes. Two things are worth noting for readers. The last paragraph records where the descriptive text lives in this branch, which I checked rather than assumed: all twenty-six bricks carry a definition and an exclusion list, while the segment, family and classes carry none, so the prose is visibly derived from the titles below rather than quoted. And the segment name is misleading on its face, so the About says plainly that this segment covers the making of music rather than recordings of it, and that a pre-recorded music CD belongs instead to the brick CD/MD - Pre-recorded, whose path I checked: it sits under the Audio Visual/Photography segment, not this one. Anyone arriving here looking for albums is in the wrong part of the scheme, and the page now says so. A References row gpc was added citing the GS1 GPC Browser for publication 286, with [^gpc] markers on each paragraph. Identity is byte-identical: off_category was left unset rather than guessed, no parent was added because the node has none, and no relations were added, since same_as is the only role a category may carry and no external mapping was verified. All twenty-six bricks and all four classes already exist as entities, so nothing needed creating, and no product currently files under any of them. | |
