About Speedboat Acquisitionco
Speedboat Acquisitionco Limited was the registered owner of Symington's Limited, the Leeds dry-food manufacturer, between 27 May 2020 and 4 August 2021, holding 75% or more of its shares and voting rights; on 4 August 2021 Newlat Food S.p.A. of Reggio Emilia took its place.[1] Incorporated on 18 May 2012 as a holding company (SIC 64209), it was dissolved on 7 February 2023, its registered office then in the care of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP in Leeds.[2]
