Belgian family group of natural mineral waters, spring waters and mineral water drinks, each brand rooted in its own region.^[1] Registered in Belgium as Spadel SA, enterprise number 0405.844.436, RPR Brussels, at Avenue des Communautes 100, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, with Spa Monopole SA among its affiliates.^[2] The LEI register carries the entity under its full name, Societe de Services, de Participations, de Direction et d'Elaboration.^[3] Spadel held the Welsh brand Brecon Carreg for 35 years until December 2019, when chief executive Marc du Bois sold it to its commercial manager in a management buy-out.^[4]
