Devin is the Bulgarian bottler behind the DEVIN mineral and spring waters, founded in 1992, with its springs and bottling plant around the town of Devin in the Rhodopes; it is also the exclusive Bulgarian distributor of Red Bull and Granini, and has been part of the Belgian group Spadel since 2017.[1] The Commercial Register lists it as Девин ЕАД, EIK 040428304, seated at ул. Васил Левски 6, Devin, with Spadel as sole shareholder.[2] Advent International, which had taken the company private in 2009, agreed in December 2016 to sell its 93.29% stake to Spadel at an enterprise value of EUR 120 million.[3]
