KG, the Schwarz group company that runs the Lidl stores outside Germany.[1] It is entered at the Amtsgericht Stuttgart under HRA 104707, carried the name SBG Lidl GmbH & Co. KG before, and its register notices record group companies such as Lidl Digital International GmbH & Co. KG and SB Dienstleistung KG being split off to or taken over by it.[2] Its own limited partner is the D. Schwarz Beteiligungs-KG, entered on 4 July 2024; the German Wikipedia article on the Schwarz-Gruppe names the Alpha Stiftung of Dresden, the PVG Geschäftsführungs-KG and the SB-Lidl Verwaltungs GmbH as its general partners.[2][1]
