About Ricola Familienholding
Ricola Familienholding AG is the holding company of the Richterich family, which owns the Swiss herb-sweet maker Ricola; it sits at Baselstrasse 31 in Laufen and was entered in the register on 8 March 1967.[1][2] GLEIF records it as the ultimate consolidating parent of Ricola AG, and its own LEI record names no parent above it, giving the exception "no known person" for both the direct and the ultimate parent; Wikipedia describes Ricola as owned by the Richterich family.[3][2] It is the top of the ownership chain of the Ricola group, one of the three shareholders of the German sales joint venture CFP Brands. Earlier register names include Ricola Holding AG.[4]
