Republic Technologies (UK) Limited is the British arm of Republic Technologies International, distributing tobacco accessories under the Swan, OCB and Zig-Zag brands.[1] Incorporated on 11 March 1966 as Bryant & May Limited, it was renamed Swedish Match UK Limited in 1997 and took its current name in February 2009; its registered office is Sword House, High Wycombe.[2] Swedish Match sold the UK business to Republic Technologies International in December 2008,[3] which Companies House records as holding 75% or more of the shares.[4]
