Republic Technologies International (RTI) is a rolling papers and smoking accessories maker whose European headquarters are in Perpignan, France; it is ultimately owned by the US-based Republic Group and manufactures in Perpignan, Barcelona and Fürstenfeld, Austria.[1] Companies House lists Republic Technologies International SAS, a French SAS at 3750 Avenue Julien Panchot, Perpignan, as the controlling shareholder of Republic Technologies (UK) Limited.[2] It bought the UK Swan business from Swedish Match in December 2008.[3]
