Rekso Group, registered as PT Anggada Putra Rekso Mulia, is a privately held Indonesian group owned by the Sosrodjojo family, the tea family of Slawi, Central Java.^[1] Its shares are held by Soegiharto Sosrodjojo's family and his children rather than by another company, according to a 2007 SOMO report on the Indonesian tea supply chain cited by The Econopost.^[2] It is the holding company of PT Sinar Sosro, the maker of Tehbotol Sosro, which has sat under it since 27 November 2004.^[3] Its other interests run through plantations (PT Agropangan Putra Mandiri), hotels, property and beauty to PT Rekso Nasional Food, which holds the McDonald's franchise in Indonesia.^[1]

The Rekso Group article dates the company to 27 November 1997 and credits its founding to Soegiharto Sosrodjojo, the second-generation head of the family business;^[1] the Keluarga Sosrodjojo article gives 27 November 2004, the date Sinar Sosro names for joining the holding.^[4] Soegiharto bought out the shares of his brothers' families in Sinar Sosro in 1989 and 1992, and in 2001 he and his five children held 75.7% of it through PT Anggada Putra Rekso Mulia, with a further 10.5% in his own name.^[4] His eldest son, Peter Soekianto Sosrodjojo, sits as a commissioner of the group.^[4] Soegiharto died on 24 January 2025.^[4] A merger prospectus of 15 October 2024 showed the holding with 99.75% of PT Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat and 90% of PT Sinar Sosro, and set out that Sinar Sosro would merge into Sinar Sosro Gunung Slamat effective 1 December 2024, leaving the holding with 92.93% of the combined company.^[2]
