Post Holdings, Inc. is an American consumer packaged goods holding company whose head office is at 2503 South Hanley Road, St. Louis, Missouri; GLEIF records the entity in Missouri under number 01171958, created on 22 September 2011.^[1] It became an independent public company when Ralcorp spun off its Post cereal business and completed an IPO on 7 February 2012,^[2] and it now groups the Post Consumer Brands, Michael Foods, Weetabix, refrigerated retail and foodservice businesses.^[3] Its Form 10-K subsidiary exhibit of 1 November 2025 lists Post Consumer Brands, LLC, a Delaware company, among its subsidiaries without the mark it uses for holdings that are not wholly owned.^[4]
