Moneual is a South Korean consumer-electronics maker known for robotic vacuum cleaners sold in the United States. It bought about 60 per cent of the PC cooling company Zalman Tech in 2011. In October 2014 it began insolvency procedures with debts of 3.2 trillion won (about US$2.98 billion), after its management was accused of fabricating export records to borrow from South Korean banks against guarantees from the Korea Trade Insurance Corporation; the failure pulled Zalman Tech into insolvency protection as well.[1]
