Mondelez UK Limited is the British company of the Mondelēz International group, registered at Uxbridge Business Park, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, and carried in the register under other business support service activities.[1] The export pack of the Milka Happy Cow 100 g tablet prints it beside a GB country badge as Mondelez UK, Cadbury House, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1DH, sharing one English ingredient block with the Irish, Maltese and Icelandic markets.[2] It has held its present name since 29 April 2013 and was incorporated on 6 February 1925 as General Foods Limited.[1] Mondelēz International's subsidiaries exhibit for the year ended 31 December 2025 lists it among the group's United Kingdom companies.[3]
