About Mondelez Hungária

Mondelez Hungária Kft. is the Hungarian sales and distribution company of Mondelēz International, which lists it among its subsidiaries.[1] Registered in Budapest in December 1990 under cégjegyzékszám 01-09-072280, it is owned by Kraft Foods Schweiz Holding GmbH, the group's holding company in Zug, and its main registered activity is wholesale of sugar and confectionery.[2][3] In 2025 it reported net sales of about HUF 76 billion with some 94 employees.[2]

The Milka Happy Cow 100 g tablet prints it beside an HU country badge as Forgalmazza: Mondelez Hungária Kft. 1117 Budapest, Neumann János utca 1/E IV. emelet, with the consumer line 06 80 200 500; the 2017 generation gives the same street address and the older line 06 40 200 576.[4][5] The same subsidiaries list also names the group's other Hungarian companies, Mondelez Hungária IP Kft. and the biscuit maker Győri Keksz Kft.[1]
