About

MM Board & Paper GmbH is the Vienna company through which the Mayr-Melnhof group runs its cartonboard, packaging kraft paper and uncoated fine paper mills. It was entered in the Austrian commercial register under FN 84596g on 17 March 1994, has had Mayr-Melnhof Karton AG as its shareholder at least since the announcement of 10 November 2006, and carried the name Mayr-Melnhof Cartonboard International GmbH until the change registered on 17 September 2021.^[1] GLEIF holds it as active in Vienna with LEI 5299005B0T51VB4HUH74 and registered number 84596g.^[2] The rename followed the group's purchase of the Kwidzyn mill in Poland from International Paper, completed on 11 August 2021, when the division MM Karton was renamed MM Board & Paper.^[3] The Polish court register records it as the sole shareholder of MM Kwidzyn sp. z o.o., holding all 1,800,000 shares of PLN 90,000,000.^[4]
