Lotus Bakeries NV is a Belgian snack food company based in Lembeke, East Flanders, founded in 1932 by Jan, Emiel and Henri Boone. Its best-known product is Biscoff, and its other brands include nākd, TREK, BEAR, Kiddylicious, Peter's Yard, Dinosaurus, Peijnenburg and Annas. Its shares have been listed on Euronext Brussels since 1988.[1] The headquarters address is Gentstraat 1, 9971 Lembeke.[2] In the Belgian company register it is enterprise number 0401.030.860, a naamloze vennootschap with a start date of 30 March 1934 and its registered seat at Gentstraat 1, 9971 Kaprijke; its VAT activity is NACE-BEL 10.720, the manufacture of rusks, biscuits and preserved pastry.[3] The founded field follows the 1932 founding; the register's 1934 date is when the present legal entity began.
