Its parent company, Groupe Lactalis, is registered at 10 rue Adolphe Beck in Laval under SIREN 331142554 with LEI 9695001K2B8Q8CDK6H67.^[1] In November 2021 an affiliate of the group completed its purchase of the Kraft Heinz natural, grated, cultured and specialty cheese business in the United States, including the Breakstone's, Cracker Barrel, Knudsen, Athenos, Polly-O and Hoffman's brands.^[2] In the United States the acquired brands form Lactalis USA's Heritage Dairy division.^[3]
