Kraft Foods Lietuva (AB Kraft Foods Lietuva) is a Lithuanian public limited company in Kaunas, registered on 18 December 1993 under company code 110567217, with turnover of €0 in 2021.[1] It belongs to the Mondelez International group. In 2013–2014 it separated its confectionery production and its trading into two companies, UAB Mondelez Lietuva Production and UAB Mondelez Baltic, and remained as their holding company. In November 2020 it announced that it would transfer the shares of both to another Mondelez group company and cease activity.[2] It is the former direct shareholder of Mondelez Baltic.
