KP Snacks is a British maker of nut, potato and maize snacks that began as Kenyon & Son in Rotherham in 1853; United Biscuits sold it to the German Intersnack group in 2012 and it is based in Slough.[1] Its brands include Hula Hoops, McCoy's and Tyrrells.[2] KP Snacks Limited, company 08314505, was incorporated on 30 November 2012 and was previously named IS Brazil Limited and Top Snacks Limited.[3] The GS1 prefix 5060042 is recorded here as derived, not registry evidence: KP Snacks Limited is the trade-mark owner printed on Tyrrells packs carrying that prefix.[4]
