Tyrrells is a British brand of hand-cooked potato crisps founded in 2002 by farmer William Chase at Leominster, Herefordshire.[1] Chase sold a majority stake to Langholm Capital in 2008; the business passed to Investcorp in 2013, to Amplify Snacks in 2016 and to KP Snacks in May 2018.[1] KP Snacks lists Tyrrells among its brands.[2] The register company Tyrrells Potato Crisps Limited, formerly Tyrrells Potato Chips Limited, recorded KP Snacks Limited as its owner from November 2018 and was dissolved in January 2022.[3]
