Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is a US beverage company incorporated in Delaware, listed on Nasdaq as KDP, with its mailing address in Frisco, Texas.^[1] It was formed on 9 July 2018 when Keurig Green Mountain acquired Dr Pepper Snapple Group, which remained the legal successor and was renamed; Dr Pepper Snapple Group had been separated from Cadbury Schweppes in 2008.^[2] Its subsidiaries include DPS Holdings Inc.^[3]
