Spanish food company specialising in cocoa products for breakfast and snacking, formed on 1 January 2015 when the Nutrexpa group was divided between its two founding families: the Ferrero family took the cocoa division and named it Idilia Foods, while the Ventura family took the biscuit and food brands as Adam Foods.^[1] Its brands are ColaCao soluble cocoa, the Nocilla cocoa-and-hazelnut spread, Paladín drinking chocolate, the Okey dairy drink and the Mesura sweetener; it kept two factories in Spain and one in China, which it sold in December 2015.^[1] The company traces its business to 1945 and describes itself as a leader in the Spanish market for breakfast and snack foods.^[2] Its registered address as printed on the trade sheet for ColaCao's 383 g jar is C/ Lepanto 410, 08025 Barcelona.^[3] It announced a move of its registered seat to Valencia in 2017 while keeping operations in Barcelona.^[1]
