Chicago food company formed by Brynwood Partners in 2018 to buy Pillsbury shelf-stable baking, Hungry Jack, Martha White and White Lily from The J.M. Smucker Company, later adding Arrowhead Mills and Birch Benders.[1] It completed the purchase of the Chef Boyardee brand and its Milton, Pennsylvania plant from Conagra Brands on 3 June 2025.[2] GLEIF lists a Delaware entity of this name, created 2020-06-03, whose LEI registration has lapsed.[3]
