EDC UK Holdings Limited was the English holding company through which Entertainment Distribution Company, LLC held its British disc plant, EDC Blackburn. Companies House registers it under number 05751868, incorporated on 22 March 2006 as NEWINCCO 535 LIMITED, renamed on 6 July 2006, classified under SIC 7415 as a holding company and dissolved on 5 December 2012 from the same Manchester liquidator's office as the plant company.[1] It was the buyer in the 2006 deed for the entire issued share capital of Deluxe Global Media Services Blackburn Limited, company number 4390476, which was renamed EDC Blackburn Limited five days after completion; Entertainment Distribution Company, LLC and Glenayre Electronics, Inc. were parties to the same deed, and EDC's 10-Q dates completion to 21 July 2006 at a price of about $6.0 million.[2][3] EDCI Holdings' exhibit 21.1 for 31 December 2009 lists it among the subsidiaries of Entertainment Distribution Company.[4]
