About Deltasonic Records

Deltasonic Records Limited is a private limited company registered in England under number 03957409. It was incorporated on 27 March 2000 as EVA Records Limited, took its present name on 22 February 2001, declares sound recording and music publishing as its business and is in liquidation.[1] Deltasonic is the Liverpool label formed by Alan Wills, former drummer of Shack, after his first label EVA; its first single was by The Coral, and its roster went on to include The Zutons and The Dead 60s.[2] All 2,000 of the company's shares were held by Deltasonic Group Limited at its annual return made up to 27 March 2012.[3] It was the sole shareholder of Deltasonic Records 2002 Limited until 24 November 2010.[4]
