Cloetta Norge AS is the Norwegian company of the Swedish confectionery group Cloetta, registered under organisation number 987943033, founded on 24 January 2005 and seated at Strandveien 55 in Lysaker, Bærum; the register files it under wholesale of sugar, chocolate and confectionery.[1] The group chart in Cloetta AB's Annual and Sustainability Report 2025 places it under Cloetta Danmark ApS, itself held through Cloetta Suomi Oy and Cloetta Holland B.V., and lists it at 100 per cent of capital and votes; the same report puts Cloetta's Norwegian staff of around 30 at the office in Lysaker and names Coop, NorgesGruppen and Rema 1000 as its largest customers there.[2] It is the informasjonseier, the party that owns the product record, for Cloetta articles in the Norwegian Matinfo data pool, including the 80 g Sportlunch bar whose record gives Sweden as the country of origin.[3]
The company was registered as Leaf Norge AS on 4 March 2005 and took the Cloetta name on 30 November 2012, after Cloetta's merger with Leaf.[1]
