French confectionery company registered as CARAMBAR AND CO., a societe par actions simplifiee created on 6 December 2016 with its seat at 9 rue Maurice Mallet in Issy-les-Moulineaux, SIREN 824239214.[1] It was formed by the investment company Eurazeo around the confectionery brands it bought from Mondelez International in 2016, Terry's among them; Ferrero SpA bought Carambar & Co from Eurazeo in 2025 and the French register now records Ferrara France as the company's president.[2][1] Terry's branded products are made at its Strasbourg facilities.[2][3]
