1847 Partners Class B Member LLC owns the whole of the Class B interests in 1847 Partners LLC, the New York investment firm that manages the listed 1847 Holdings LLC and that bought the European Cinram group in 2017. Those interests carry all profits and losses of the firm other than the profit allocation, among them the management fee 1847 Holdings pays it. Ellery W. Roberts, the chairman and chief executive of 1847 Holdings, owns 54 per cent of this company and is its sole manager; 1847 Founders Capital LLC, owned by Edward J. Tobin, holds 36 per cent and Louis A. Bevilacqua 10 per cent.[1] A Schedule 13D filed by Mr. Roberts on 9 September 2020 names it, spelled 1847 Class B Member LLC, as a party with the manager, the Class A member and 1847 Founders Capital LLC to a note and unit purchase agreement of 15 January 2015.[2]
