Wrigley's is the masterbrand that signs the chewing gum of the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company, the Chicago maker founded on 1 April 1891 by William Wrigley Jr. and the largest manufacturer and marketer of chewing gum in the world; for almost a century it carried three gum families, Wrigley's Spearmint, Doublemint and Juicy Fruit, and later ones such as Extra, Orbit and Hubba Bubba.[1] The company has been a subsidiary of Mars, Incorporated since 2008 and its products are sold in 184 countries and districts.[1]
