About

Little, Brown and Company is the imprint on the spine of books from the American publishing house of the same name, founded in Boston in 1837 by Charles Coffin Little and James Brown.[1] Since 2006 it has been used by Hachette Book Group, the US publishing company of Hachette Livre.[1] Catalogues print it as "Little, Brown and Company" and "Little, Brown and Co.", as on the 2008 hardcover of David Sedaris's When You Are Engulfed in Flames.[2]
