Italian food brand carried on dry pasta, sauces and bakery goods, owned by Barilla Group of Parma, which was founded in 1877 and is the world's largest pasta producer.[1] The dry pasta is sold in the familiar blue cardboard box with a shape number, and pack copy promises selected durum wheat and an equilibrated thickness.[2][3] Retail listings give the brand's consumer site as barilla.com.[3]
